Before joining the Virginia PTAC team, Tresha was the Seminar Coordinator for the Leadership Management School (LMS) at the Foreign Service Institute (FSI) and before that spent several years with FSI’s School of Language Studies handling business operations for the largest language division in FSI. Prior to her tenure with FSI, Tresha spent 20+ years working as a Sr. Business Manager and Assistant Facility Officer for a Small Disadvantaged, Veteran-Owned, Service-Disabled, Minority Business Enterprise. She guided the efficient and productive operations of the IT Services, HR Engineering, and Defense Contractor company. Her duties included oversight of all contracts (SBA, SDVB, 8(a), IDIQ, BPA (large and small) procurements), HR, payroll, accounting, security, IT, and front office management. She was trusted as an SME for all matters of corporate QC and served in place of the CEO when needed.
