Fairfax, Virginia: The U.S. Department of State is partnering with the Virginia Procurement Technical Assistance Program (PTAP) at George Mason University (GMU) to host the inaugural, 1^st Annual Small Business Overseas Government Contracting Conference.  The goal of the conference is to enable small businesses to help the U.S. Department of State meet its overseas missions.
