Login.gov is a shared federal service that allows for users (both federal and private) to maintain fewer passwords and learn fewer interfaces. It requires two-factor authentication as well as strong passwords that meet new NIST requirements. System for Award Management (SAM)

You can register for SAM, the System for Acquisition Management here. SAM is the centralized process of registration for vendors that want to do business with the federal government. It is also the primary repository of the federal government for all of your company’s required representations and certifications
